I grew up in Japan, where drinking tea was part of my everyday life. My mother made me a cup of tea when I was studying, when I wanted to relax, or to take with me when going to school. Those were her love and care for me. I still cherish those memories every time I make tea myself. The ritual of tea is made up of those small, peaceful moments that make the day feel a little brighter.
Daylight Matcha is my way of sharing that sense of calm with the world. A modern ritual rooted in tradition, crafted to make daily life feel a little brighter, a little softer, and a little more intentional.
From Uji, Kyoto With Care
Our selection of the finest quality tea is sourced directly from Uji, Kyoto, a region celebrated for its centuries of tea cultivation. Each harvest is carefully stone-milled to preserve its color, aroma, and delicate flavor. Every tin is crafted capturing the essence of these exceptional leaves, so that every sip can be a small, mindful moment in your day.
